Provider and scope
These terms govern Vybentis, a Core Industry product operated by Isam Al Ani, Max Schwarze Weg 27A, 46236 Bottrop, Germany. Vybentis provides evidence based production readiness checks for websites and software repositories.
Customer authorization
You may scan only public targets and repositories that you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use Vybentis to disrupt systems, evade access controls or process unlawful content. Public URL scans are passive.
Complete Scan
A Complete Scan has a listed price of EUR 19. The binding total and tax treatment are shown before payment. It covers one live application, up to 25 pages, one bounded repository snapshot when connected, a report and one rescan within seven days after the first scan completes. A rescan that is not used within that period expires.
Results and limitations
Vybentis reports evidence observed within the stated scope and time. It is not a penetration test, legal compliance certificate or guarantee of security, availability, ranking or accessibility. A URL scan cannot prove repository or database policy security. Verified means only that a documented evidence threshold was met.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for account access and issued API tokens. Tokens must be scoped, stored securely and revoked when no longer needed. GitHub connections are read only and may be disconnected at any time.
Affiliate programme
A personal referral link does not by itself guarantee commission. Eligibility, attribution, excluded traffic, payout thresholds, refund treatment, taxes and termination are governed by the affiliate terms confirmed before programme activation. Self referrals, spam, misleading claims and unauthorized paid use of the Vybentis brand may be excluded.
Availability and liability
We operate the service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Statutory liability remains unaffected for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory product liability. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage from breach of an essential contractual duty where legally permitted.
Termination and law
You may delete a project from the dashboard. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
